Personal and Business “Bullying” in Social Media: Ways to Manage It

It’s been a year since one of the persons I know well was attacked in social media and had to struggle with the consequences. Imagine a successful top-level manager (let’s call him John) who’s good at achieving his goals, but probably not so good at building strong relationships with his colleagues and subordinates.
